Cooks:
- Must have tent and table
- No electricity provided, any generator must be a quiet inverter style
- Sample cups will be provided
- Rib winner receives $100 and 2 NASCAR Xfinity series VIP passes.
- Must cook enough ribs or pulled pork (or both) for samples and judging.
